Refund Policy

New, unwashed, unworn items must be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase. If the new unworn, unwashed, unhemmed or otherwise unmarked item isn’t quite what you expected, we’ll refund the purchase price. Refunds will be tendered to the original payment method.

Please include the Henschel Hats Returns Form sent with your order or a copy of your invoice along with a note explaining how we can satisfy you. Please be sure to include your Name, Address and Telephone Number in case we need to contact you.

Returns

How to do a return:

We get it. Sometimes things just don’t work out. If you are unhappy with your order, we are happy to accept a return within 30 days of its receipt. Please contact us via the contact form and a representative will get back to you within 48 hours.

*If your hat is too big please consider purchasing a Hat Resizer which can reduce your hat’s size by up to one full size.

*The hat(s) must be returned to our facility new, unworn, and in its original packaging.

*We do not issue refunds for accessories including, but not limited to, hat resizer and chincords.

If there is an issue such as a defect or damaged item please contact us via the contact form before sending any item back and representative will get back to you within 48 hours. As a courtesy to shoppers during Christmas, we extend our return policy during the months of November and December.  Any orders placed after November 15th that fall outside of the 30 day return window will be eligible for a return until 11:59 PM on January 15th.

*Henschel Hats customer service and returns will be temporarily unavailable during the following times:

June 30th – July 10th

December 22nd – January 1st

Orders and Returns will still be accepted, however, shipments and refunds will be delayed.
