Terms & Conditions

MINIMUMS: Orders on caps and hats must consist of 6 pieces per style (sizes as desired) and 12 pieces total. Customers are allowed to order 3 of one color and 3 of another, as long as the style number is the same. Orders not in compliance will be changed by our office.

PAYMENTS: We accept C.O.D. and credit cards (Amex, Mastercard, Visa, or Discover). We also offer NET 30 days once 3 credit references have been validated. F.O.B. Origin - Sedgewickville, MO. All orders are subject to shipping and handling charges.

CUSTOMIZATION: We will customize hats for you in quantities of 24 dozen of a style and color. Call for a quote.

PRIVATE LABEL PROGRAM: If you provide us with labels we will sew or glue them to our hats at an extra labor charge of $3.00 per dozen. 12 dozen minimums of a style and color are required.

PRICE TICKETS OR HANG TAGS: We will attach your price tickets or hang tags at an extra cost of $3.00 per dozen. Minimum order requirements apply.

IN STOCK PROGRAM: In an effort to better serve your needs, we have established an in-stock program. Our best selling styles are marked (*) and are available to ship within a few days.

DAMAGE & RETURN POLICY: All claims for damaged cartons, carton shortages, and inner box shortages must be reported to Henschel within 30 days of invoice date. All returns must be returned to Henschel within 30 days from date of receiving.

RA#’s are required for returns. Returned merchandise must be packed in the original box with packing materials. Credit will be issued upon receipt and inspection of merchandise. Returns may be subject to a restocking charge.


Cloth Hats please add $1.00 for 2XL, $2.00 for 3XL.

Leather Hats please add $2.00 for 2XL, $ 4.00 for 3XL.
