Our goal is for every Henschel hat to fit and feel right. If it doesn’t, we’ll help make it right.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery by clicking the “START A RETURN” button above to begin the process.

Sizing Guidance
Because proper hat sizing is important for comfort and performance, we strongly recommend reviewing our Size Guide before placing your order to help ensure the best fit.

Return Fee
A flat $10 prepaid label fee applies to all approved returns.
This fee covers the cost of return shipping and processing.

Return Requirements


To be eligible for return:

• Items must be new, unworn, and in original packaging
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Accessories are non-refundable, including (but not limited to) hat resizers and chincords

Please include a copy of your invoice along with a short note explaining your request. Include your name, address, and telephone number in case we need to contact you.

Holiday Return Extension
Orders placed after November 15 may be returned until January 15 at 11:59 PM, even if outside the standard 30-day window.

Customer Service & Processing
Delays
Customer service and returns processing will be temporarily unavailable during:
June 30 – July 10
December 22 – January 1
Orders and returns may still be submitted during these periods, but shipments and refunds will be processed once operations resume.
